This was a "Subject To" deal. We kept the owner from Foreclosure then transformed and sold the home for a significant profit!
Casa Loma Flip
This was our very first FLIP. Our crew found 12 dead rats as they did the work on the house! We learned a lot on this one and the new owner is very happy with the place.
